Fintrek Marketing is a dynamic and growing financial services provider in the UAE, dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial freedom through smart solutions in personal finance. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team in Dubai.

As a Sales Executive - Personal Finance, you will play a key role in promoting and selling personal finance products to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal finance products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other financial services Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs Generate leads through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and networking Conduct needs analysis to match clients with the best financial product Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Maintain a strong knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activity Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in financial product sales, banking, or tele-sales (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Fluency in English is a must; other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.) are a plus Must be currently based in the UAE Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
