Key Responsibilities:
Safe and Reliable Transportation:
Transporting passengers to and from destinations safely and on time.Route Planning:
Planning efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness, fuel levels, and general upkeep.Customer Service:
Providing a professional and courteous experience for passengers.Discretion and Confidentiality:
Maintaining confidentiality regarding passenger information.Administrative Tasks:
Keeping mileage logs, expense reports, and other documentation.Emergency Procedures:
Knowing how to handle emergencies and provide assistance if needed.Skills Required:
Driving Skills:
Proficient and safe driving skills, especially in city traffic and on highways.Route Planning and Navigation:
Ability to plan efficient routes and use navigation systems.Customer Service:
Friendly and courteous interactions with passengers.Vehicle Maintenance:
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.Time Management:
Ability to manage schedules and arrive on time.Communication Skills:
Effective verbal communication and the ability to communicate clearly with passengers.Discretion and Confidentiality:
Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Problem-Solving:
