Timely follow-up on your inventory of requests and resolve as soon as possible those that are in reprocessing and return, monitoring the effectiveness of the completion of the different stages of the process with the objective of providing a better delivery time to the client. Responsible for communicating to the client the resolution and progress of their personal credit process.
