Position Summary

The Personal Cook will be responsible for preparing daily meals tailored to the Managing Director's tastes, schedule, and dietary needs, while also performing driving duties as required. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, reliability, flexibility, and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesCooking & Meal Preparation

Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) according to the Managing Director's preferences and dietary guidelines. Plan menus in advance and provide healthy, high-quality meal options. Purchase groceries and ingredients; manage kitchen supplies efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and all food preparation areas. Prepare meals for family members or guests when requested.

Driving Duties

Drive the Managing Director to business meetings, appointments, and personal engagements. Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition (cleaning, fueling, servicing). Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely travel. Provide airport transfers and occasional intercity/outstation driving when needed.

Additional Responsibilities

Run errands related to groceries or Managing Director's requirements. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions. Be available beyond standard hours, including weekends or evenings, based on the MD's schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a private household or VIP/executive setting. Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of international and health-focused cuisines. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Professional, respectful, and discreet demeanor. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

Education & Experience

Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of cooking experience. Experience driving for executives or private families is an advantage.
