Overview

Provide day to day personal support to the client while respecting individual needs, habits, and personal preferences. Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, support during meals, hydration reminders, communication, leisure planning, and accompanying the client to medical appointments. Create a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment for the client at all times. Build and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the client and their family members. Observe the client's physical and emotional condition and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the appropriate contacts or medical services.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in personal or home care is considered a strong advantage. Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and stay well organized during daily tasks. High level of responsibility, patience, empathy, and understanding. Capability to work independently and handle daily situations calmly and effectively.
