POSITION
Private Butler - VVIP Private Estate
LOCATION
Abu Dhabi, UAE
The client will assist with a work visa and relocation if not local
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Private Butler will provide dedicated personal service within a Private Estate, assigned to a male teenage Principal. The role requires discretion, cultural awareness, and the ability to balance formality with approachability. The Butler will ensure the Principal's day-to-day needs, routines, and activities are managed smoothly while upholding palace standards and protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a royal household, or high-profile residence (preferred)
• Experience serving VVIPs with strong knowledge of protocol and cultural expectations
• Physically fit, active, and able to participate in sports or outdoor activities
• Ideally experienced working with young adults in a supportive or service role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage
• Presentable, professional, and discreet at all times

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven background in luxury hospitality or private household service 3 years
• Knowledge of formal etiquette and household protocol
• Skilled in wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and personal organization
• Ability to coordinate daily routines, social activities, and travel preparations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with younger principals
• Calm, adaptable, and proactive personality with attention to detail

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the teenager's dedicated Butler, managing personal routines and requirements
• Oversee wardrobe, belongings, and personal spaces to ensure organization and readiness
• Support academic, leisure, and social activities with discretion and reliability
• Participate in sports and recreational activities as required
• Liaise with drivers, security, and other palace staff to ensure seamless operations
• Assist with travel preparations, including packing/unpacking and logistics
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

AED 5,000 per month tax free
