Personal Assistant
to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least
1 year of relevant experience
, strong familiarity with
Dubai's locations and logistics
, and advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and fluency in
English
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and travel.
Prepare professional
PowerPoint presentations
and detailed
Excel reports
.
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and events, using strong local knowledge of
Dubai
.
Draft correspondence, take meeting minutes, and maintain organized records.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with personal tasks and manage confidential matters efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
Fluent in
spoken and written English
.
Strong knowledge of
Dubai's key locations, venues, and transportation options
.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
A
smart and intellectually curious individual
with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Real estate background is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
