Personal Assistant/Secretary duties and responsibilities: \xe2\x96\xaa Conserves Group President\'s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintains his appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. \xe2\x96\xaa Represents the Group President by attending meetings in his absence, speaking for the Group President in inland & overseas. \xe2\x96\xaa Completes projects by assigning work to concerned people and follow up on the results. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordinate with internal staff, external service providers & vendors. \xe2\x96\xaa Secures information by completing data base backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \xe2\x96\xaa Devise and maintain proper office filing system, organizing the President\xe2\x80\x99s personal commitments including assisting with household & family duties and errands. \xe2\x96\xaa Various ad hoc requests including personal & businesses. \xe2\x96\xaaObserving best business practices and etiquette. \xe2\x96\xaaCoordinate household needs \xe2\x96\xaaSupport various personal business needs upon request \xe2\x96\xaa Preserves all information related to companies, business & President\xe2\x80\x99s personal under strict confidentiality.
