Main Duties:
Help coordinate the CEO's daily activities and reminders
Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and basic planning
Respond to emails, calls, and messages when required
Prepare simple documents, notes, and summaries
Keep files and records organized and up to date
Support basic travel and appointment arrangements
Follow up on assigned tasks and report progress
Handle information responsibly and maintain discretion
Provide general assistance to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Profile:
Open to fresh graduates and students
Educational background in any discipline (completed or ongoing)
Basic knowledge of computers and office tools
Clear communication skills in English
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Able to manage time and tasks effectively
Reliable, organized, and professional
