We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet
Personal Assistant (PA)
to support our
Executive Director and her family
. The ideal candidate will have at least
3 years of experience
in a similar role, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in
Microsoft Office tools
. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the Executive Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain records, files, and documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
Family Assistance:
Provide administrative and logistical support for family-related matters, such as scheduling appointments, travel planning, and event coordination.
Coordinate household management tasks or liaise with domestic staff/service providers as required.
Assist with children's school-related activities (if needed), medical appointments, and errands.
Handle any ad-hoc personal requests with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience
as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Bachelor's Degree
is a must.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are critical.
Presentable, polite, and proactive.
Must be currently
available in the UAE
and ready to join within
20 to 30 days
.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates with previous experience supporting high-level executives and their families.
