We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a medical professional in managing day-to-day activities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong administrative and communication skills. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact between the doctor and patients, staff, or external stakeholders
Manage and organize the doctor's calendar, appointments, and meetings
Translate and interpret documents and conversations (Arabic-English and vice versa)
Handle all administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and managing emails
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required
Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and event planning
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in patient follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
Liaise with clinics, hospitals, and suppliers when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is essential
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in healthcare or medical administration is a plus
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient management systems
Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration or a related field
