provides high-level administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the efficient management of the executive's schedule, communications, and tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails-responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate logistics for business and personal travel, events, and engagements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage personal errands, reservations, and household or lifestyle tasks as needed.
Liaise with clients, staff, and external partners professionally.
Track expenses, prepare reimbursements, and assist with budgeting or financial records.
Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively offer support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside normal hours when needed
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support.
