Job Description

Calendar Management:

Precisely manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and external engagements.

Travel Coordination:

Book flights, accommodation, and car rentals, and prepare detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips.

Correspondence Management:

Screen and manage incoming emails and phone calls, drafting responses or forwarding them to the relevant parties as needed.

Meeting Preparation:

Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary materials, and write and summarize meeting minutes.

Administrative Support:

Prepare reports and presentations, organize and maintain documents and files, and handle daily administrative tasks.

Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 07/09/2025
