Key Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the UAE with strong administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Highly organized with the ability to manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online tools.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in preparing reports, drafting emails, and handling documentation.
Presentable and professional attitude suitable for high-level executive support.
Must be flexible with timing and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
