About the Role:

We are hiring

on-site Personal Assistants

to directly support our clients by handling their

remote lifestyle and service requests

. You will work from our

Sharjah office

, using WhatsApp, email, and online tools to organize and follow up on each client's requests with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to client requests via WhatsApp, email, or calls Book services (salons, restaurants, house help, transportation, etc.) Coordinate with external vendors and confirm bookings Follow up to ensure services are delivered smoothly Update clients with status messages and confirmations Maintain clear records of each task and request Handle multiple requests simultaneously with calm and efficiency

Who We're Looking For:

Based in

Sharjah

and available for in-office work Strong communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus) Friendly, respectful, and professional tone when dealing with clients Excellent at using WhatsApp Web, Gmail, online booking tools, and Google Docs Fast learner with strong attention to detail Prior experience in customer service, admin, or concierge roles is an advantage
