Job Summary: Looking for a Personal Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle multiple projects as assigned by the director
  • Respond, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain an active calendar of appointments for the director
  • Welcome and sort daily mails
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential information
  • Assist in preparing presentations, documents as well as files for the director
  • Communicate with the director to schedule meetings
  • Prepare correspondence and send emails to respective stakeholders
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related discipline
  • At least 2 to 3 years of related working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Must be creative and innovative in nature
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Good computer application
  • Only Indian candidates required
