Management of the daily schedule, supervision, and coordination of all appointments, meetings, and personal events;
Plan and book travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage any changes or cancellations;
Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities, including family matters, appointments, shopping, and special projects. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
Management of all outgoing and incoming correspondence;
Execution of personal tasks assigned by the manager;
Help with organizing household chores;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Previous experience as a personal assistant of at least 3 years is a must;
Good communication skills;
Stress resistance;
Readiness for an irregular work schedule;
Basic skills in working with a PC and Microsoft Office programs;
Willingness to learn new things and develop new skills.
Fluent in Latvian, Russian, English
