across rentals, secondary sales, and off-plan investments.
We are looking for a
Sales-focused Real Estate Assistant / Admin
-- someone highly organized, confident on calls, and comfortable supporting active transactions while growing into a revenue-driven role.
This is
not
a back-office admin position.
This is a
front-line support + sales exposure role
with clear growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support active real estate transactions (rentals, secondary sales, off-plan)
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client coordination
Prepare property listings, WhatsApp pitches, and client summaries
Coordinate with developers, agents, portals, and internal teams
Track leads, bookings, EOIs, contracts, and transaction progress
Assist senior leadership with sales coordination and deal execution
Maintain CRM updates, reports, and sales pipelines
Attend client meetings and site visits when required
Who This Role Is For
Someone with
real estate experience in Dubai
(sales admin, leasing coordinator, junior agent, or similar)
Confident communicator -- comfortable speaking with clients and investors
Organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented
Sales-minded, ambitious, and growth-focused
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Looking to
transition into sales, secondary, or off-plan within months

Requirements
1-3 years of Dubai real estate experience preferred
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
WhatsApp, CRM, portals, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Own visa preferred
Presentable, professional, and client-facing
Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow quickly

Competitive base salary (4000-8000 base + commission/bonuses monthly)
