We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant preferably with a background in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or Business Administration.
Exposure to sales operations or support functions within the medical field--especially in environments with multiple business units--is an added advantage.
Key Requirements:
Experience in medical sales operations or support is a plus
Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting to support operational decision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to manage calendars, meetings, and day-to-day coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard administrative tools
