Key Roles & Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks
Manage the executive\'s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails.
Maintain and organize files and records.
Assist with basic financial tracking and expense reports.
Coordinate special projects and events.
Perform general office and administrative duties.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new candidates, including liaising with the PRO to ensure visa and legal requirements are met.
Facilitate the seamless transfer of candidates between UAE and KSA by managing the necessary documentation, travel arrangements, and communication with relevant authorities.
Operational Tasks
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
Attend meetings and take minutes if necessary.
Conduct research and gather information as required.
Monitor and manage deadlines and priorities.
Provide support for personal tasks and errands as requested by the executive.
