Position: Personal Assistant to Chairman

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai

Gender: Female

Nationality: Tagalog preferred



We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong communication and multitasking skills, able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Draft, proofread, and send official emails and documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and other MS Office documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform general administrative and office management tasks.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
