We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Personal Assistant
to support the Executive Manager. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact, manage daily schedules, and ensure smooth coordination of all administrative and executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Manager with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the Executive Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Proactively follow up on tasks, correspondence, and pending matters to ensure timely completion.
Screen calls, emails, and other communications while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Handle incoming requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the Executive Manager's diary, schedule meetings, and provide reminders.
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and other documents as required.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
Strong understanding of office management systems and administrative processes.
Excellent knowledge of
AI tools, presentation software, and Microsoft Office
applications.
Exceptional planning, organization, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Presentable personality with a positive and professional attitude.
