Support the Manager exclusively with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure smooth workflow by managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups.
Maintain a professional approach with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Maintain and track all tasks assigned by the Manager and ensure timely completion.
Collect updates, reports, and inputs from team members whenever instructed.
Handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism.
Prepare basic reports, meeting notes, and maintain organized documentation.
Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Manager.
Manage reminders, priorities, and assist in day-to-day planning.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and be proactive.
Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities
