1. Supporting the employer directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administrative tasks, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, answering calls, etc.
2. Managing a high-volume of travel schedule.
3. Conserving the employer's time by reading, researching, replying and routing his emails and correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
4. Coordinating projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
5. Preparing meeting rooms for appointments and coordinating schedules prior to meetings.
6. Sourcing requested items and making purchases in malls and shopping centers, ensuring excellent shopping assistance.
7. Maintaining high availability and readiness for immediate assistance on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and maintaining strict confidentiality in all the company's business operations.
8. Keeping up a travel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and working hours.
9. Dressing professionally and in accordance with the employer's dress code.
