We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Personal Assistant to the CEO
to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will anticipate the CEO's needs, manage priorities effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and executive communications.
Assist in preparing agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings and executive sessions.
Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
Liaise with senior management, staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
