Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and internal communication.
Prepare presentations, letters, and meeting minutes with accuracy and professionalism.
Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters that require immediate attention.
2. Coordination & Communication
Liaise between the Director and company departments, clients, and external partners.
Follow up on pending actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
Ensure smooth coordination for all executive-level interactions and business activities.
3. Travel & Logistics
Arrange and coordinate business travel, visa processing, hotel bookings, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries, including meeting schedules and local contact information.
Manage expense claims and travel reports.
4. Office & Documentation Management
Maintain and organize important files, contracts, and confidential records.
Draft and review official documents, letters, and internal memos.
Support in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.
5. Event & Meeting Coordination
Organize internal/external meetings, business events, and conferences.
Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure proper follow-up of meeting outcomes.
6. Personal & Administrative Tasks
Handle personal tasks for the Director as required (appointments, errands, renewals, etc.).
Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.
