Personal Assistant to CEO

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Purpose:



To provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of all executive activities, efficient time management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Communication Management:

Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties. Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests, prioritizing as necessary. Draft professional emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Follow up on pending tasks and decisions made during meetings. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

Travel and Logistics:

Arrange business trips, including flights, accommodation, and transport. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure timely coordination.

Office and Project Assistance:

Support in business research, reports, and project coordination. Liaise with department heads to ensure smooth internal communication. Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for executive tasks.

Personal Tasks:

Assist with personal errands or confidential tasks as requested by the CEO. Maintain professional discretion in all personal and business matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years

of experience supporting top-level executives (preferably in corporate or multinational environments). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:



Experience working in a fast-paced or multicultural environment. Familiarity with business correspondence and executive coordination. Flexible to work beyond standard hours when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
