Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic management team? We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic PA to support our senior management in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and personal assistance to the Senior Management.
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence when required.Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams efficiently.Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Valid UAE Driving License - mandatory.
Any nationality is welcome to apply.
Multilingual candidates will be given preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools.
