Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the GCC, with a focus on the UAE market.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring teams.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain strong understanding and adherence to UAE Labour Law and GCC employment practices.
• Assist in drafting employment offers, contracts, and ensure all legal hiring procedures are followed.
• Work closely with HR and PRO teams to support visa processing and onboarding.
• Maintain and update ATS and recruitment metrics for regular reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition across the GCC.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
