About the Role:

AJ ME INTERIOR DESIGN LLC is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Personal Assistant (PA)

to provide high-level support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and capable of handling a variety of personal and professional tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar planning Coordinate meetings, events, and personal engagements Organize travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as needed Draft and manage emails, messages, and basic correspondence Maintain and organize documents, files, and records (digital & physical) Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Provide reminders and follow-ups for important tasks and deadlines Act as liaison with vendors, service providers, and household staff if required Assist in managing personal purchases, expenses, and errands

Requirements:

Any Qualification Fluent in English - both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of confidentiality Professional appearance and courteous attitude Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
