Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare agendas, presentations, documents, and take minutes as needed; follow up on action items.
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, research, and project tracking.
Manage sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
Monitor and respond to audience engagement, messages, and comments.
Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Assist with branding, market research, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives for content creation.
Requirement:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel or work irregular hours, if needed.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.
