Responsibilities:

Prepare marketing materials, listing descriptions, and property brochures
Upload property listings to online portals
Handle basic document management and admin coordination
Assist with research, reporting, and light bookkeeping as needed
Requirements:
Strong skills with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
Experience with platforms like Canva, Excel, and online property portals
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Prior experience in real estate or admin support is a plus
