We are seeking a mature, proactive, and well-organized
Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive support in administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, documentation, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, excellent computer proficiency, and experience in handling social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Maintain and organize documents using MS Word and Zoho
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in social media management, especially LinkedIn (content ideas, posting, engagement)
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support in organizing files, data entry, and basic reporting tasks
Provide assistance with personal errands and tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word) and Zoho applications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus (especially LinkedIn)
Valid UAE visa is
mandatory
UAE driving license is a
plus
