to support and streamline daily operations in our creative department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the media industry, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of coordinating, planning, and managing schedules and creative workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary assistant and point of contact for the Creative Head
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and internal reviews
Organize and maintain creative project files, schedules, and deliverables
Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain clear documentation of tasks, feedback, and timelines
Assist in idea coordination, concept presentations, and brainstorming sessions
Ensure smooth communication across the creative, marketing, and production teams
Monitor creative project progress and report updates to the Creative Head regularly
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements:
Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in the
media, advertising, or creative industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Working days and time Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
