Job Summary: We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented female Personal Assistant with prior experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, assist in coordinating site work, maintain schedules, and help ensure smooth communication between office, site, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal and administrative support to the director/project head. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and set reminders. Assist in preparing project documents, reports, and correspondence. Follow up with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors. Maintain organized records of site activities, expenses, and materials. Handle basic procurement coordination and logistics. Ensure smooth communication between office and construction sites. Assist with travel bookings, personal errands, and other PA tasks as needed. Requirements: Female candidate with prior experience in a construction-related role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional, discreet, and dependable. Ability to travel to construction sites occasionally (if required). Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field. Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation. Knowledge of construction software/tools is an advantage.
