Alaa Mohra Properties is seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Language Skills: Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, facilitating smooth interactions within a multicultural environment.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Documentation: Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed efficiently.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
