We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting, but we are open to candidates from other industries who possess the necessary skills and attributes. Responsibilities: Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support
Manage and maintain executives\' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes as needed. Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Organization and Coordination: Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and special projects.
Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and information. Travel Management: Arrange complex and detailed travel itineraries, both domestic and international.
Ensure travel plans align with executives\' schedules and preferences.
Process travel expenses and reimbursements. Hospitality Experience (Preferred): Leverage previous experience in the hotel industry to enhance executive support.
Familiarity with hotel reservations, guest services, and event planning is a plus. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
