We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting, but we are open to candidates from other industries who possess the necessary skills and attributes. Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support Manage and maintain executives\' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes as needed. Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Organization and Coordination: Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and special projects. Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses. Maintain an organized filing system for documents and information. Travel Management: Arrange complex and detailed travel itineraries, both domestic and international. Ensure travel plans align with executives\' schedules and preferences. Process travel expenses and reimbursements. Hospitality Experience (Preferred): Leverage previous experience in the hotel industry to enhance executive support. Familiarity with hotel reservations, guest services, and event planning is a plus. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.
