We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. Based in our Dubai, Jumeirah Lakes Towers office, the individual will have strong adaptability and problem solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Responsibilities
Provide support to the Managing Director
Manage incoming emails and calls
Communicate on the Managing Director\'s behalf
Manage meetings schedule
Take meeting minutes
Follow up action items
Support preparation of management reports
Screen and respond to staff requests
Arrange personal schedule and personal items
Book travel and accommodation
General administration and document control
Other tasks as required from time to time
Requirements Education & training:
High school\xe2\x80\xaf education
Degree qualification advantageous but not essential
Technical requirements:
Confident working in a fast paced environment
Strong adaptability and problem solving skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Pays attention to detail
Learns quickly
Excellent written and spoken English
Competent working with MS Office and other applications
Experience:
Personal Assistant experience \xe2\x80\x93 3 years minimum
Experience working in a Western company advantageous
