Job description We are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Personal Assistant /Secretary to our Associate Director. The role requires a applicant who can think independently and be proactive whilst playing their part as a team member. The successful applicant will need the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with exact attention to detail whilst under pressure. A good understanding of both written and verbal English is required. Duties include: -- * Managing the property portals and property listings to ensure they meet both company and RERA compliance requirements *Responding to Clients, Getting listings, Co-ordinating Schedules * Liaising with the Account Managers for the property portals * Managing and advising on email campaigns * MYCRM and Broker Pad Management * Obtaining Trakheesi permits from the DLD * Managing the companies RERA portals *Liaising with various Developers and keeping the agency agreements up to date
