Job Description

Need a personal assistant to assist the CEO, major job role to be:
  • Supports manager directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Provides administrative support.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of manager.
  • Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the client\xe2\x80\x99s absence.
  • Conserves client\xe2\x80\x99s time by reading,researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents;collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates.
  • Run errands as requested
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
