Job responsibilities:
- Will pick up the boss in the morning and drop her off after work (part of her job is to work as the boss' driver)
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Draft and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of administrative work experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of office management systems and document storage procedures.
- Strong English communication and written skills.
- Positive persona - Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Skills:
- Excellent and strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
