Reports directly to the Administration Director.
oOrganizes all his daily activities/meeting schedules and attends all meetings.
oArranges his travel and hotel bookings/itinerary.
oManages his company e-mail while he is away.
oFollows up meetings/reminders for him.
oCoordinates activities of administrative personnel.
oCoordinates activities/weekly reports of various departments within the company.
oCompiles, stores, and retrieves managerial data.
oAnswers all telephone calls and transfers to people concerned within the company.
oMaintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Reception Area.
oIn charge of distributing incoming/outgoing fax messages.
oReports any deficiency occurring with the office equipments (fax machine, photocopier, telephone, internet) for proper action.
oResponsible for incoming magazines and newspapers for distribution.
oMonitors daily attendance and ins and outs of every staff.
oAny other tasks as assigned by the Administration Director / Executive Secretary.
