Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative and personal support to management while assisting in the marketing and promotion of the company's auditing and accounting services. The role involves handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating client communications, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance the company's visibility and client base.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain executive schedules. Handle emails, calls, and client inquiries professionally. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and company profiles. Support marketing activities including social media updates and client outreach. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business events. Maintain organized records and client databases. Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
