Personal Assistant (Admin + Accounts Support) ?
Location: Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah (Relocation is Required)
Salary: 3000 AED per month

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both administrative and accounting functions. This is a live-in role based in Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah, ideal for a proactive individual who can manage a wide variety of tasks efficiently and maintain strict confidentiality. The successful candidate will act as a right hand to the employer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain complex schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with a high degree of discretion.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Run errands and handle personal tasks as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the employer and other staff, clients, and service providers.
B. Accounts Support:
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and recording of daily financial transactions.
  • Manage and process petty cash, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and follow up on accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain simple financial spreadsheets and reports.
  • Assist in bank-related errands and reconciliations.
  • Support in the preparation of documents for audits.
Candidate Requirements
  • Residency: Must be currently located in the UAE.
  • Availability: Able to join immediately.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role combining both administration and accounts.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles.
