Location: Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Relocation is Required)
Salary: 3000 AED per month + Accommodation + Transport + Other Benefits

Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and accounts support. This is a live-in position based in Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah, ideal for a dynamic individual ready to relocate and take on a varied and challenging role. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external clients.
  • Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt communication.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and minute-taking.
Accounts Support:
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Help in managing petty cash and reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Liaise with the accounts department or external accountants as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role combining Administrative and Accounts responsibilities.
  • Location: Must be currently located in the UAE. Candidates outside the UAE will not be considered.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solving attitude.
