We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, partners, and government or external entities
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Screen calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing urgent matters
Support the CEO with personal and professional administrative tasks
Assist with project coordination and deadline tracking
Organize events, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior leadership (preferably CEO level)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
Language Requirements
Fluent in Arabic
Fluent in English
Russian language (Important)
