Job Description

1. Position Summary

The CEO Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and strategically. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, enabling the CEO to focus on driving business growth and stakeholder engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management

Coordinate and optimize the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar Prioritize and schedule meetings, calls, and travel to align with strategic objectives

Travel & Logistics

Arrange complex domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport) Prepare detailed itineraries including meeting briefs, local logistics, and contingency plans

Communications & Correspondence

Screen, draft, and prioritize incoming emails, letters, and calls Compose professional communications on behalf of the CEO Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up

Meeting & Event Support

Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and minutes for executive meetings Coordinate board meetings, off-site retreats, and corporate events

Project Coordination

Track the progress of high-priority projects and ensure deadlines are met Compile reports, data summaries, and performance dashboards for CEO review

Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO and safeguarding proprietary data
3. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack)
