Urgent hiring We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our company in Abu Dhabi. Urgent hiring for below position: Personal Assistant to Manager
- Monitoring and reporting manager\xe2\x80\x99s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager\xe2\x80\x99s attention
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Work on given tasks by Manager
- Should have excellent business communication skills
- Should be Fluent in English
- Preferably having any diploma in management
- Advanced level in MS Office Applications
- Should be able to prepare and give presentations
- Presentable and confident personality
- Can you join Immediately?
- Arabic (Preferred)
