What will your mission be?

As a participant in the

Hermes Mihraj Program

, your mission is to grow with excellence, curiosity, and innovation. Across

6 months

you will immerse yourself in our unique culture, learn from industry leaders, and contribute meaningfully to our operations across multiple functions. After successfully completing the Program, you will have the chance to fill one of our permanent full time vacancies.

What will the program look like?

Each month you will participate in rotations across relevant departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.


You will contribute to on-going projects, offering fresh perspectives and solutions.


Conduct research and analysis to support departmental objectives.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.


Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings.


Present learnings and key outcomes at the end of each rotation.

What will you need to be successful?

UAE Nationals with family book.


Bachelors Degree (0-2 years of experience).


Passion for continuous learning.


The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy.


A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile.
