We are seeking a discerning and passionate Fragrance Sales Connoisseur to become the face of Secrets Door. This is not a traditional retail sales role. You will be an advisor, a storyteller, and a trusted confidant to our clientele. Your mission is to guide our clients on a sensory journey, helping them discover the signature scent that becomes their silent signature.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory: Conduct personalized, one-on-one fragrance consultations, both in our boutique and for private client appointments.
Storytelling: Articulate the inspiration, notes, and artistry behind each fragrance in our collection with passion and authenticity.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a dedicated book of private clients through exceptional follow-up, personalized communication, and exclusive offerings.
Brand Ambassador: Embody the ethos and values of Secrets Door in every interaction, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Boutique Curation: Ensure the boutique environment remains an immaculate and inviting sanctuary for discovery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end sales, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance o Proven track record of building lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals in a low-volume, high-value environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Poised, professional demeanour with a polished appearance.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
